Megabats have small ears and large eyes. Microbats have large ears and small eyes. Microbats use echolocation and can hear things far away. Megabats have big eyes for seeing far away. They also have a longer nose so they can smell far away. Bats live in caves, fence posts, barns, and trees.

MICROBATS are usually small. They have small eyes and large ears. They use echolocation to hunt for their food. They eat bugs, birds, lizards, fish and frogs and they are eaten by big fish. The smallest microbat is the size of a bumblebee and weighs less than a penny.
